Which possibilities of textile finishing do I have?

There are many different possibilities. You can choose between embroidery and printing.

If you choose the print, you have the opportunity to decide between flock and transfer printing.

For quantities over 250, additional screen, surface and sublimation printing are possible. More details are here.

 

 

Questions about delivery

 

How long does it takes for my order to arrive?

Articles from our hw line uniform collection are usually delivers within 1-2 working days,

if your order is to be finished with a transfer or an embroidery,

the delivery time is about 2 weeks after order release.

How are returns processed?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order,

to exchange an item for a different size or to request the return of the item.

Please fill out the enclosed return slip. Be sure to include the reason for the return,

Please note the new goods or credit note (as required).

Do not send parcels back freight! Once the return has arrived,

this will be checked and sent to you, if necessary, new goods or an invoice correction.
